Our story:

If you are a globetrotter or wish so, this will be your perfect holiday home as it’s details have been collected from all over the world. Our travels and the love to details as well as sustainability and the passion for minimalism brought/affected us to this tropical building in the heart of Istria. As a lucky guest of this homes you will find a lot of handmade furniture from all over the world like wash-bowls from Africa, lampshades from Morocco, bamboo fence from Indonesia and furniture from 130 year old oak trees from Croatia`s islands. In order to perfect this challenging look, we have included some details from the middle East as well as some very modern designed gadgets from Germany.

The idea of this wonderful houses is to enable a totally minimalistic and clean surrounding with a lot of handmade details to guests who appreciate the sustainability of natural materials like wood and stone as well as to let your body & soul flow during your well-deserved holidays.

The property: Both Andresita’s palace villas are located at a very peaceful street in Bale. On 1.600 m2 you will find 2 independent houses with garden and pool and connected with lots of steps in-between.

Of course we thought on everything so you are free to enjoy all the modern gadgets like an electric car charging station and heated pool, wifi, professional smoothie blenders, coffee machines including coffee pods and lots of more things which will make your life easier and leave your vacation without any extra wishes.

The add on’s:

There’s no wish which should be unfulfilled to our guests. If you want to book a private cook or order a menu which will be delivered to you as room service, you can do it by agreement. Especially veggie lovers will enjoy our super healthy desserts! Massages and drive arounds are available on request as well.

The small village Bale is is one of the most delightful hilltop villages in Istria situated only 15 km southeast from Rovinj and 23km from the city Pula.

This summer you can have your own minimalist style villa in the heart of Istria! This spacious tropical Villa is located in the heart of the small village Bale and is just a few minutes walk away from the very center where you can find bars, restaurants & super markets.

Can it be a la carte, or "freshly caught today, freshly eaten" menu? Gourmets feel particularly at home in Istria, as the local cuisine leaves nothing to be desired. There are so many restaurants here to pamper gourmet palates.

For Mermaids:

Congratulations, you are just a stone's throw away from the most beautiful beaches in the world! Do you prefer untouched nature or should it be a fancy beach à la "Nikki Beach"?

No matter what you choose, mermaids will definitely get their money's worth in the Bale area.

Right in Bale you will find the Mon Perin Camp with the beaches of San Polo and Colone. As a guest of our villa, you will receive a personal ticket for these beaches with which you can enjoy free access.

If you want to get an extra dose of adrenaline during your vacation, then we have just the right tips for you.

Premantura is the trendiest surfing spot in Istria but you can also enjoy other common and unusual water sports, such as a night-glow kayak excursion. You can also book various boat tours on site, watch the dolphins at sunset, or simply embark on a truffle-hunting adventure. Of course you can also go hiking, cycling and mountaineering to your heart's content.

For peace Hunters:

If you just want to unwind, you are already in the right place because there is probably no other village in Istria that is at the same time so quiet, but still close to the pulse of happenings. Whether you prefer yoga by the sea or meditation, there are indeed many quiet places where you can retreat and relax. Enjoy!


For Art and Culture Enthusiasts:

Bale has a lot to offer especially for art and nature lovers as well as those interested in history.

Every artist and culture heart will rise in Bale, as the small old town itself tells many centuries-old stories.

Even before Roman times there was an old town on this site, of which the remains of a Roman castrum can still be seen today.

The medieval castle of the Bembo family, for example, dates from the 15th century. Through the Gothic archway of the Palazzo Bembo you enter the old town center of Bale. Its narrow, winding and cobbled streets will take you back in time. The houses in the small old town are mostly from the 17th-19th centuries. Century and are arranged in a circle around the castle, which is on the Mon Perin Hill.
